"Tony Danza" Tender Pork Roast

Thaw product on a dish in the refrigerator.* Remove Big Mike Roast from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking for best results.
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Heat an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and sear the pork loin on all sides for 3-5 minutes until browned. Transfer to the oven and roast for 12-15 minutes until the meat registers 145°F internally.
3. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
